Personal Data Processing Consent

1. Subject and operator

I, the personal data subject (the «Subject»), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to IE Fazyalzyanov Bulat Ramilevich (OGRNIP 324169000228018, TIN 160904585516, brand OutStack, the «Operator») to process my personal data on the terms set out below and in the Privacy Policy.

2. Personal data covered

This consent covers the following data (to the extent I provide it):

• surname, first name, patronymic (if any) / name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• messenger identifier (Telegram, etc.);
• city / region;
• company and position information;
• specialist application information (experience, skills, portfolio, rate, languages, etc.);
• contract details (TIN and other data I provide);
• technical data required for the Service (IP, session cookies, user-agent).

3. Processing purposes

• reviewing requests and applications;
• contacting me via the provided channels;
• registration and access to the CRM;
• matching specialists / projects and supporting cooperation;
• entering into and performing agreements;
• ensuring Service security and quality;
• compliance with applicable Russian law.

4. Processing actions

This consent includes actions under Article 3(1)(3) of 152-FZ: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — with or without automation.

5. Transfer to third parties

I agree that the Operator may transfer my data to the extent necessary for the purposes in Section 3: to performers/clients within a project, infrastructure contractors, and authorized bodies — under the Privacy Policy.

6. Term and withdrawal

6.1. Consent is valid from the moment it is given until processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn.

6.2. I may withdraw consent by sending a request to privacy@toptalenty.ru. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal and may make it impossible to provide services that require data processing.

7. How consent is given

Consent is deemed given when checking the appropriate box in a form on the website or in the CRM and/or when signing an agreement / accepting an offer that includes consent terms.

8. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Public Offer, and understand the purposes and terms of personal data processing.
